View moreThe Simply Bread Oven is compact & energy efficient. Considering the UL/NSF/CE certifications, it’s fit for any standard commercial space (and much cheaper than a traditional deck oven).
Most cafés recover the investment within 6–12 months thanks to reduced bread costs and new revenue opportunities.
Although the stone decks are designed to bake perfect loaves of bread, you can bake anything in the oven. Many of our bakers love doing focaccia in sheet pans, pizzas directly on the stone, cinnamon roles, bagels, croissants etc.
