Our free bakery consultations are a 45-minute session with one of our in-house bakers.

We'll help you figure out where you're at, where you could grow, and what resources make sense for your next step. By the end of the call, you should have a clearer sense of your baking goals, how our team can help as you scale, and other bakers in our community worth connecting with, wherever you're at right now.

Do you need the Simply Bread oven to use the app?

Not at all. This app is designed for all bakers regardless of which oven you’re using. If you’re baking 5 loaves a week or 500 - anyone can start selling with our system.

Can I become an affiliate?

Do you provide financing options?

Yes we do. We currently partner with Breadpay and Affirm to provide month to month payment plans. You can see details of both in checkout.

We can also split invoices (payment due before the product ships), allowing you to pay throughout the month instead of all at once.

Do you offer a warranty for the oven?

We offer a 2 year warranty with the purchase of our oven. This includes access to our 24/7 technical support line and the repair and replacement of any components that fail during normal use (except those in the consumable category which are available for purchase in our Shop).

What are the electrical requirements for the oven?

Standard 220/240 Volts AC. In North America this is typically a dryer or washer circuit. In other parts of the world this is a standard outlet. In North-America, The oven comes with a standard NEMA 6-20P plug for use in a NEMA 6-20R outlet. If you don't have a 6-20P outlet, you can use an adapter to a standard dryer plug. Contact us for recommendations. Be aware some industrial buildings have 208 Volts AC. Contact us if you believe you are intending to use the oven in a 208V installation. Your outlet must be properly installed by a licensed electrician. What can I bake in the Simply Bread Oven?

Although the stone decks are designed to bake perfect loaves of bread, you can bake anything in the oven. Many of our bakers love doing focaccia in sheet pans, pizzas directly on the stone, cinnamon roles, bagels, croissants etc. Note: this is not a convection oven

Do I need a water line or plumbing?

The Simply Bread Oven requires no plumbing. The water reservoir is filled manually.

How long will it take for my oven to get here?

Accepted Answer

Our standard lead time is ~4 weeks. Combined with a shipping time of 5-7 days, we estimate that you’ll receive your oven ~5 weeks from purchase. During high demand windows (sales or specific seasons), lead times can move closer to ~6 weeks. Our shipping partner will call you to schedule an appointment for delivery. We offer lift-gate delivery to the threshold with full-value insurance.

Yes. It is engineered for smarter heat retention and lower energy draw, making it sustainable and cost-effective for daily use.

What makes the Simply Bread oven ideal for cafés and restaurants?

The Simply Bread Oven is compact & energy efficient. Considering the UL/NSF/CE certifications, it’s fit for any standard commercial space (and much cheaper than a traditional deck oven).

The slicer plugs into any standard 110V outlet. No adjustments needed.

The slicer handles loaves up to 17" long and delivers perfect ⅝" (16 mm) slices.

What types of dough work in this divider?

The divider is built for high-hydration doughs, starting at a minimum of 65% hydration. This would include most artisanal sourdough, focaccia, pizza dough, baguettes, bagels, rolls etc.

There are none! This divider is completely mechanical, relying on downward pressure applied to the handle to separate the dough through the grid.

We have integrated easy payment options ensuring your customers have a seamless experience purchasing your products. The convenient payment options offered are Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp and credit card.

How will my customers know when to pick up their orders and from where?

Accepted Answer

When creating a bake day, you can set your pickup location and a pickup window. Additionally, you can schedule up to two pickup reminders to ensure your customers do not forget to pick up their orders.

Will my customers be notified about my bake days?

Accepted Answer

All of your customers that have opted in to receive notifications will receive your bake announcements and the cutoff reminders reminding them to place their order before ordering closes.
