Standard 220/240 Volts AC. In North America this is typically a dryer or washer circuit. In other parts of the world this is a standard outlet.
In North-America, The oven comes with a standard NEMA 6-20P plug for use in a NEMA 6-20R outlet.
If you don't have a 6-20P outlet, you can use an adapter to a standard dryer plug. Contact us for recommendations.
Be aware some industrial buildings have 208 Volts AC. Contact us if you believe you are intending to use the oven in a 208V installation.
Your outlet must be properly installed by a licensed electrician.

Our standard lead time is ~4 weeks. Combined with a shipping time of 5-7 days, we estimate that you’ll receive your oven ~5 weeks from purchase. During high demand windows (sales or specific seasons), lead times can move closer to ~6 weeks.
Our shipping partner will call you to schedule an appointment for delivery. We offer lift-gate delivery to the threshold with full-value insurance.
We offer a 2 year warranty with the purchase of our oven. This includes access to our 24/7 technical support line and the repair and replacement of any components that fail during normal use (except those in the consumable category which are available for purchase in our Shop).
The Simply Bread Oven requires no plumbing. The water reservoir is filled manually.
