PT BAKERY JOBS –2nd and 3rd shifts

We are currently seeking part-time packers and bakery production workers to work at our plant in Chandler, AZ. These positions are perfect for people looking to supplement their income, hold a job while attending school, or get a break from staying home with kids… all while having daytime hours free to do other things!

Required Qualifications:

• A stable work history with at least two years of employment
• Two to three employment references
• Ability to obtain a Food Service Worker card from Maricopa County
• Superior attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to stay on task in a hectic environment
• Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with food handling and/or production work

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Packer (9pm to 3am, 3 or 4 days per week):

• Bundle bread into pre-determined quantities in bags and boxes
• Prepare customer orders according to paper invoice
• Exercise extreme attention to detail to ensure that all specifications are met
• Move bread on rolling racks to loading area and assist with loading onto delivery trucks
• Maintain a clean and stocked working area at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as requested by lead or supervisor

Bakery Production Worker (4pm to 10pm or 2pm to 8pm, 4 or 5 days per week):

• Offload dough from an automated machine onto baking pans
• Form dough into uniform shape dictated by production requirement
• Position racks of shaped dough to the appropriate location within the facility
• Maintain a clean and stocked working area at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as requested by lead or supervisor

Benefits include paid time off and delicious BREAD! Uniforms are provided and laundered at no cost to employees. Both positions pay $9 per hour.
